Chromate Conversion :.CMC's chromate conversion line for aluminum products meets MIL-C-5541 Class I and Class III gold specifications. It also has capabilities of producing a clear chromate finish. Organic Coating :.CMC's powder line is capable of producing all types of powder coating and includes a mechanized conveyor and oven system for a both batch and uninterrupted baking times of various temperatures. Zinc Phosphate :.CMC offers a seven stage immersion zinc phosphate line with two levels of coverage. The first is a microcrystalline or light grain zinc phosphate that yields a coating weight between 300-500 micrograms per square foot. |
