CMC is very proud to be a supplier for the military's versatile and cost effective Hydra 70 program.  In conjunction with General Dynamics and Woodlawn Manufacturing, CMC has applied finishes to a variety of warheads (M151, M156, M229, M274, PXR and WTU-1/B) for over 15 years.
 
As such, we have developed the most effective processing methods, engineered specialized fixturing, and designed an extremely efficient coating line dedicated to this program.  In doing so, CMC has cultivated long term relationships with vendors of paint and chemicals which allows us to provide only items on the QPL and maintain a fully certified immersion zinc phosphate line. 
 
Inspections by DCMA, JAMS, and GD along with independent, daily salt spray testing is performed to confirm the reliability and highstandard of CMC's application. Likewise, our finishes and applications comply with all applicable military specifications and prints.
