Our Commitment
All pieces painted receive certified immersion pretreatment to ensure maximum adhesion. Special attention is paid to specifications. All of our coatings utilized are purchased solely form reputable, national suppliers and military coatings are all QPL certified.
The immersion system creates a superior ability for prolonged chemical contact with all surfaces no matter the size or intricacy of the piece. CMC’s line have been approved by ARDEC for Hydra 70 warheads and containers and components of the Excalibur and Talon rocket systems.
Daily our coatings are tested in house for applicable quality standards. They are verified externally through salt spray testing by independent lab, daily, weekly and montly depending on project’s specifications. Besides formal military approval, our systems are audited by many of the top defense and national automotive contractors.
